Coalfield Stat Leaders Are All Defense

After being shut out by Greenback in Week 8, Coalfield players have dropped from the Knoxville News Sentinel list of top 25 stat leaders in all categories of offense. The Yellow Jackets continue to have five players on the list in defensive play categories.

Austyn Hensley moves up to a tie for 12th place in the tackles category with 61. Daniel Scharr enters the tackles list tied for 17th place with 59 tackles.

Keigan White drops to a tie for 17th place on the list of sack leaders with three sacks. After eight games, White has 34 tackles, with 12 of those being tackles for loss.

Isaac VanWitzenburg and Jeffrey Speer remain on the list of interception leaders. Vanwitzenburg remains in a tie for 3rd place with three interceptions. Speer is tied for 11th place with two interceptions for the year.

The stats presented by the News Sentinel include players from all classifications, who are combined into a single ranked list for each category.
