Top-ranked Lady Bulldogs Face Van Buren in Volleyball Shootout

Volleyball fans are in for a treat as undefeated Wartburg takes on Van Buren County in a double-header in the Wartburg gymnasium beginning at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 11. The Lady Bulldogs sit atop Class 1A, Region 2, District 3 as the only undefeated team in the district with a 6-0 record. Van Buren County is close behind with a 6-1 record, having lost only one match to Coalfield in a close battle that lasted five sets. Van Buren would have to win both matches on Tuesday to topple the Lady Bulldogs from their top ranking in District 3.
